Tenute Neirano makes this Barolo from Nebbiolo grown in the Langhe hills of Piedmont, aged in oak as the DOCG rules require. The wine is garnet in colour with aromas of dried rose, sour cherry, liquorice and tar, and firm tannins that soften with air. Decant it and serve with braised beef, truffle dishes or aged hard cheeses.
