Refund policy

Effective: September 11, 2026

All sales final for change of mind

Once your purchase is completed, we do not offer voluntary refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, unwanted items, over-ordering, changed travel plans or customer cancellations. This includes unopened bottles and unused products. Please check your basket, quantities and delivery details before paying.

Your legal rights remain protected

This policy does not exclude any refund, replacement or other remedy required by applicable law. It does not allow us to retain payment for goods we do not supply, or deny a valid claim concerning damaged, defective, materially misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods, or delivery that was not completed as agreed.

Report an issue

Email support@totalbooze.com or contact +1 (407) 529-6759 with your order number, a description of the problem and relevant photographs if available. Please report visible damage or missing items promptly, ideally at the handoff, so we can investigate quickly. This request is not a deadline that removes your statutory rights.

Keep the packaging and affected item where safe and practical. Do not consume a product you believe is unsafe, and do not transport broken glass. We will explain any reasonable inspection or return arrangements and the remedy available. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Unavailable items, store cancellations and refunds owed

We will ask before making substitutions. If we cannot supply an item or cancel an order ourselves, we will refund the corresponding payment as required by law. If we cancel the whole order, we will also refund the associated delivery charge. Refunds owed are sent to the original payment method where possible; bank processing times vary. Store credit is not a substitute for a refund where a monetary refund is legally required.

Delivery concerns and disputes

If a delivery confirmation appears incorrect, tell us so we can check the address, authorized recipient and handoff records. An unsuccessful delivery attempt is not proof of delivery. Contacting us does not waive your right to seek help from your bank or another competent body.
