Where do you deliver?
Every address on New Providence and Paradise Island: hotels, Airbnbs, homes, villas and marinas. We do not deliver to other Bahamian islands or ship overseas.
How soon can I receive my order?
Same-day delivery is available during operating hours. Check the earliest window on the homepage and confirm available delivery times in your basket.
Can I schedule before I arrive?
Yes. Choose a delivery date and available window in your basket, up to 30 days ahead. We arrange hotel acceptance; in-room placement varies by hotel.
What are the minimum order and delivery fees?
The minimum order is $75. Delivery is free on orders over $150. Any applicable delivery fee is shown before payment.
What address should I use for a hotel or Airbnb?
Enter the full delivery address. For hotels, include the hotel name, reservation name and room number if known. For Airbnbs, include access instructions and a contact number.
Can I buy beer, water, soda or seltzers by the case?
Yes. Prices are per item. Set the quantity shown on the product page for a case and check the eligible quantity savings. Case sizes and offers vary by product.
Are there discounts on multiple spirit bottles?
Eligible spirits show quantity offers on their product page: buy 2 and save 5%, buy 3 and save 7.5%, or buy 4 or more and save 10%. Check your basket for the final total.
What if I cannot find a product?
Send us a product request. You can add several products, sizes and quantities. Please request 24–48 hours ahead; our team confirms availability and delivery timing.
How do I request a large yacht order?
Send your provisioning list for a tailored quote. Volume pricing is available for larger orders.
