Parallele 45 is Paul Jaboulet Aine's Cotes du Rhone, named for the 45th parallel that runs near the winery in Tain l'Hermitage, and this bottling is made from organically farmed grapes. A blend of Grenache and Syrah, it offers red and black fruit with pepper, garrigue herbs and soft tannins. Serve with roast lamb, sausages or a hearty stew.
