Manzanos Blanco Barrica from Rioja is barrel fermented, so it has a rounder, slightly creamy texture that suits richer dishes such as lobster or a creamy pasta at a villa dinner. Fuzion Sweet White and Birds and Bees Sweet White are for guests who like their wine on the sweeter side, and both work well very cold on a hot afternoon or with fruit at brunch. A mix of one dry and one sweet bottle is a good way to cover a group with different tastes.
