Boen Pinot Noir is made by Joe Wagner of the Caymus family, blending fruit from Sonoma County, Monterey County and Santa Barbara County, hence the name Tri Appellation. Riper and richer than many Pinots, it shows black cherry, plum and cola with vanilla and mocha from oak ageing. Serve with duck, grilled pork or a mushroom risotto.
